SUD Services

Empowered for Excellence's substance use disorder treatment is provided to adults, who have a diagnosed substance use disorder. These services are for anyone wishing to begin recovery, have previously been in treatment, have relapsed, or are at risk of using. 

Through group, individual therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services, we aim to provide a support system that allows each client to make the right choice for themselves in recovery. Clients are engaged as valuable decision makers in the treatment process; frequency and modalities of treatment are determined with the client’s input and are based on each individual client or family’s strengths, needs, assets, and goals.

Our SUD Services include assessment, treatment planning, case management services, individual therapy, drug and alcohol screening, couples and family counseling, Outpatient Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Treatments, Partial Hospitalization, and sober living. We work with voluntary clients, as well as court ordered clients, with the goal of reaching and maintaining sobriety.
