Recovery Housing

The Empowered for Excellence Recovery Campus is a sober living center for individuals who are recovering from substance abuse and mental health symptoms. Recovery housing is offered to men and women ages 18 and over, and focuses on strength-based approaches, sober support meetings, gender responsive care, and cultural sensitivity. At the Recovery Campus, clients have access to a clinical team specializing in dual diagnosis treatment, mental health and addiction services, counseling, and cognitive behavioral programming. Since recovery encompasses the whole individual, mind, soul, body and spirit, clients of the Recovery Campus are fed nutritional, dietitian approved meals daily, as well as daily physical activities. Clients also have access to educational groups, employment opportunities, housing and re-entry resources, not to mention groups focusing on life skills and spiritual development.

These services are designed to assist the clients to achieve success in and satisfaction with community living. The services are focused on home and community integration and engagement in productive activities. Recovery housing enhances the independence, dignity, personal choice, and privacy of the clients served. EFE is committed to providing a recovery-based, safe, supportive and structured living environment that focuses on increasing the likelihood of sobriety and decreasing the potential for relapse.
