Mental Health Services

Mental Health Treatment Services is provided to clients, youth or adult, who have a DSM diagnosed mental health disorder. All Empowered for Excellence Mental Health Programs provide  treatment in the office, as well as in their own environment, including in homes, schools, or other community locations, as clinically indicated. These services are designed to help our clients increase their understanding about themselves, their relationships, their experiences, and find ways to effectively cope with mental health difficulties, stress, trauma, or other issues impacting their lives and sense of well-being.  

Through psychiatry, nursing, group, individual and family counseling, as well as an integrated care model to case management, these programs aim to provide treatment that supports each client in making choices for themselves to promote their own recovery. Clients are engaged as valuable decision makers in the treatment process; frequency and modalities of treatment are determined with the client’s input and are based on each individual client or family’s strengths, needs, assets, and goals.
