Information on COVID-19 and the actions we are taking

Amid the corona-virus pandemic all of us have been forced to make changes in our lives, those of our family and of course the clients we serve.  The services we provide to our clients, in many cases, are lifesaving and more necessary now than ever, as the current environment we are in today is stressful for people without any mental health and addiction issues.  Think of the massive impact it could have on our client population.

Here at EFEBH we want to reassure you that we will continue to provide our clients (existing and new) a safe place to live, group activities, therapy, psychiatric support, and case management to cope with the change and fear that comes with these unique circumstances.

We are following the recommended strategies that have been suggested by the CDC which

  • Performing routine cleaning several times a day
  • Actively encouraging sick employees to stay home
  • Separating sick employees who appear to have acute respiratory illness symptoms upon arrival to work or become sick during the day to be separated from other employees and sent home immediately
  • Emphasizing to wash hands frequently, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, and cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue.
  • Social distancing

If you are feeling anxious due to COVID-19, please do not hesitate to give us a call. We are here to help in anyway that we can.

Stay healthy! Take Care of You!
